The Soul Works is a company whose mission is to inspire and empower people to be the best version of themselves and live the highest vision of their life from the inside, out through various ventures including Life Coaching, Meditation, Reiki, Yoga, UPP Workshops, The Soul Barn and Soul Jars® as well as sharing as much inspirational goodness from others as possible!

"My passion is people. People and how we cope with this often challenging and painful, yet thankfully exciting human experience. Everyone has a story, has gone through something that has changed them and life is difficult for a lot of people and the "fight" for control, understanding and peace can feel like a losing battle.  On my own journey, I have found myself, unintentionally, on a mission of discovering, implementing and sharing the many wonderful, transformational tools available that help us to unleash that power within and become the architect of our own lives.  When we move from an attitude of "striving" to a place of fully embracing all that we are and what we have been dealt, connected with the flow of powerful life energy that will continue to surge regardless, we find ourselves with peace within, living mindfully, consciously and with gratitude, passion & purpose.
